Are You Ready To Lead?

Happy #LeadershipTuesday! When fear drives our behavior, we operate from a position of scarcity and exclusion. We devalue people who are different from us because we perceive their uniqueness as a threat. That's not good leadership.

Great leaders build a team of talented players who have different strengths but play in such a way that they maximize the total value of the team.
