Every other Tuesday, WOMEN AT LIBERTY presents Leadership Tuesdays, a platform for a variety of voices and resources to develop, encourage, and strengthen women leaders. It can be tough sometimes to find the right balance between taking credit for your accomplishments and presenting accomplishments as a team effort.  As women we are encouraged to highlight our individual work and not be afraid to talk about our successes.  However, as a leader you have to find a balance.  If you lead a team, it is important to share credit with team members especially when they are present.  Most of our difficult business problems cannot be solved alone.  Good leaders and good team members are needed.
